the rules

how it works. who gets the fees is locked onchain, at launch.

any x account can be named

anyone can launch a coin and name any public x account. the account owner does not have to know, agree, or have an account here. at launch the handle is resolved to its numeric x id, so a renamed account keeps its wallet, and a new account taking the old name gets nothing.

the coin launches on pump.fun, on solana, priced in sol. the launcher pays the creation cost, any dev buy, and a flat 0.02 sol launch fee. the creation and the launch fee are in one transaction; a dev buy is in it too when it fits, otherwise right after.

all of the creator fees, locked at launch

pump.fun charges a creator fee on every trade. one transaction creates the coin, sets the x account's wallet as the only recipient of those fees, at 100%, and gives up the launcher's authority to change it. the account signs nothing.

a coin is only listed as live after that lock is read back from the chain. neither the launcher nor xwallet can change it afterwards.

the wallet belongs to the x account

the wallet is a privy embedded solana wallet tied to the x user id, made at the latest when the first coin names the account, whether or not that person has ever been here. the same id always maps to the same wallet. xwallet stores the address, never a key, and cannot move anything out of it.

when the owner signs in with x, privy opens that wallet for them. there is nothing else to prove.

the owner claims

the fees wait on pump.fun, coin by coin. they can only be sent to the locked wallet.

on the claim page the owner presses claim. xwallet then sends the pump.fun instruction that moves what is waiting to their wallet, a few coins per claim, largest first, and covers its network fee. it runs only when the owner asks, never on a timer. claims are listed with their signature.

one rule comes from solana itself: a wallet that holds nothing can only receive a first amount of at least the small minimum every wallet must keep, from one coin. once it holds any sol, pump.fun sets no minimum; xwallet only waits until an amount is worth the network fee of sending it.

export or send, any time

from the claim page the owner can export the wallet's private key through privy, shown to them only, or send the sol to any solana address in one transaction signed in their browser. no bank, no country list.

what xwallet earns

a flat 0.02 sol per launch, sent by the launcher in the launch transaction. nothing from the creator fees. the launch fee pays for the rpc, hosting, the network fees of claims and the people running this.
